Who’s Who in Pensacola & Santa Rosa Magazine is pleased to now offer a new service that will get your business more visibility and recognition! Include your photo or logo when you send us your FREE e-newsletter press release.

All press releases are free of charge and will remain so, but in order to offer photos/logos, which involves extra time and effort for our graphics department, there will be a nominal charge of $25 per each two-month period if you’d like your photo or logo included. If this doesn’t interest you, no problem...simply send us your press release without your logo or photo and we’ll post it in our e-newsletter FREE OF CHARGE as always.

Q: What do I get for $150.00?*
A: You get either your logo or photo included in each press release you send us for the e-newsletter (6 online issues-total).

Q: How often will I be billed?
A: You will be billed once a year, a charge of $150.00* (for 6 online issues-total).

Q: How do I pay?
A: We will invoice you via e-mail. This can be paid online with any credit card.

Q: Will this photo and press release be included in the printed copy of Who’s Who in Pensacola & Santa Rosa Magazine?
A: No. Only our magazine sponsors and non-profit organizations (when space allows) receive free story space in the printed copy.

Q: How do I sign up for this added service?
A: When sending us your press release, simply send your photo or logo along with it, and note the e-mail you want your invoice sent to. It’s that easy!

The following information is a bunch of technical jargon from our graphics department that may be hard to understand, so please call me with questions and I’ll help make sense of it all.

IMAGE FORMATS:
We will accept TIF, JPG, BMP, PDF, EPS, or GIF formats. If the photo or logo you’d like to use is located on your web site, we can obtain it directly from the site, providing it’s of good quality and resolution.

IMAGE SIZE:
Depending on content and detail, Who’s Who will size all photos and logos at our discretion to be not less than 100 pixels wide, and not to exceed 200 pixels wide (usually for group photos). In consideration of load time, we strive to keep all images as small as possible, while maintaining a good, clear viewable and/or readable image.....however, we can’t guarantee legibility of small tagline text contained within logos.
No identification text will be included with or beneath photos.

NOTE: Only one (1) graphic per press release (either photo OR logo).

DURATION: Each insertion is for a period of two (2) months.
